Back in the groove

I headed off to the gym today at lunch and managed to do some cardio and weights particularly paying attention to my glutes. I was meant to do a 20 min water run from my program, however, heading to the beach on my own is not really my thing so I thought a gym session would do fine. I felt so great after the session, I can feel that my mojo for all things fitness are coming back after my couple of week slump. I am currently working out when would be a good time for me to take my 4 weeks annual leave that I have owing. The idea of having a month off before I start a new adventure sounds very exciting.
